Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, you can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I return a product?
Log in to your Imperial Riding account or register your return via our returns page at:

Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. After completing your request, you will receive a return label by email.
Print the label and stick it on the package, or have the barcode scanned from your phone at a PostNL point so they can print the label for you.
As soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Return costs are €4.95 per return shipment. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded via the same payment method you used when placing the order.
Credit Card
The amount will be refunded to the bank account linked to your credit or debit card.
PayPal
For payments made via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
iDEAL / Bancontact
Payments via iDEAL or Bancontact will be refunded to your bank account.
Klarna
Did you choose to pay afterwards via Klarna? Then you do not need to pay for the returned items. If you have already paid the invoice, you will receive the refund via Klarna after your return has been processed.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse. Usually, the amount will be back in your account within 48 hours thereafter.
Please note: depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the product.

Consequences of Withdrawal
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including standard shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
